EXTRACT & EXPAND / SUPPORT

Get in touch.

The Android game is in development. A public release date and download link have not yet been confirmed.

Contact and bug reports

Email extractandexpand@gmail.com. Describe what happened, what you expected and how to reproduce the problem. Include the game version, phone model, Android version and approximate time of the issue.

A screenshot can help, but hide private messages, email addresses and precise locations unless they are needed to investigate. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens or verification codes.

Account and ad rewards

For account problems, include your in-game name and describe the error. If a reward is missing in a test version, include the reward type, approximate time and the message shown by the game. Sending an email does not itself grant a reward or delete an account.

Play safely

• Do not play while driving. Stop in a safe place before using your phone.
• Respect private property, traffic rules, access restrictions and your surroundings. A game location is not permission to enter.
• Virtual plots and buildings do not convey ownership of real places. In-game contracts are not requests from real people or businesses.
• Phone location can be inaccurate. Follow your actual surroundings, not just the game map.

Connection and age

The map and online features use an internet connection. Location-based features need location permission. The minimum Android version and device requirements will be published with a verified release.

The planned audience is 13+, including minors. This is not a confirmed Google Play age rating or universal consent to data processing.
